“Get me there” application is created to register & locate an address within India and enable you to share your address publicly with the help of a 10-digit code in extension with your existing PIN code. As fundamental part of trust being clear about how we your information and protecting your rights to privacy.
The Privacy Policy describes how “Get me there” and its affiliates (we, us, or “Get me there”) process personal information according to your use of “Get me there” application.
We collect your personal information when you use the app, without that we may not be able to provide the services you have requested.
This includes name email id, phone number, location info, postal address, profile photo, images from various locations.
Identify info: when appropriate we may ask you to provide identity of you about your profile for the credibility of the data you have provided.
We may ask your payment information if you avail any paid services but we will not hold any of your bank details.
Information about others - such as if you are sharing address of others or a public institution- You should handover the ownership based on request from the responsible authority on the basis of their request and evidence.
Biometric information – we may use data from your photos or other identification documents you have provided.
Other information – we will use the data from various forms and surveys where you have provided for the promotion or improvements for the platform.
We automatically collect your location information, payment information, usage information, device information such as GPS location, address, search history, IP address, device identification number
We may collect this info even you haven’t created an account on “Get me there”
We will send a 6-digit code to your email id or mobile phone or WhatsApp app or any given means of application at that time and you can submit it back to the application. By doing this we are verifying your identity and you are agreeing the terms and conditions mentioned here.
Any form of misinformation which cause damage in any form to our users come under consideration of judiciary in respective areas where each parties involved.
“Get me there” is a platform for its users to share address and location info where this information will be exposed to public.
As a user you are agreeing that you will hand over the rights on your data except your personal information such as name, email id, phone number to us in case if you decided to leave the us in future.
If a user or any general public complaint against you we may receive or provide information relating to the specific complaint made in order to understand and, where relevant, address the complaint under respective judicial area.
Sharing data with your consent:
We may share the data with other members, other service providers those who help us to improve our services such as Microsoft, Google, GIS or GPS providers, postal department, courier services, Uber or taxi services etc.
Disclosure: We may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement, governmental or public authorities, tax authorities, authorized third parties.
Exit policy: You have the rights to exit this platform at any circumstances and accordingly we will remove all your personal information from the system.
